Our web project team is nearing the completion of the website migration process, marking a significant milestone in the journey towards a more efficient and user-friendly platform.

What You Can Expect

The new website will offer several key improvements:

  • improved search functionality - the updated platform includes faster, more accurate search capabilities, making it easier to find the information you need
  • content updates - services will soon be able to update their own content directly, ensuring the website always provides accurate and timely information. A pilot for this functionality will launch in February, with a phased rollout planned throughout 2025
  • enhanced design - a refreshed design will improve the website’s navigation and usability, making it simpler and more intuitive for users

Future enhancements

This migration lays the groundwork for exciting future developments, including:

  • comprehensive updates to website content to better meet user needs
  • additional features like new publication modules and enhanced tools to support a digital-first approach

These enhancements will roll out gradually over the coming months.

Revised Timeline

The switch to the new site will be completed by 28 February. You may notice changes before this date as we follow through the migration process.

We’re committed to keeping you updated as we continue this journey, and we welcome your feedback on the new platform once it’s live. Thank you for your patience and support as we make these improvements.
