New Adult Social Care Website

The Adults and Health Organisational and Workforce Development team supports not only internal services but also the private, voluntary, and independent adult social care sector. Ensuring a skilled and trained workforce is key to delivering high-quality care in Leeds.  The team needed a site that would provide easy access to the range of services it provides.

The new site offers:

• A central hub for workforce priorities and development resources.
• Direct access to training opportunities.
• Promotion of our Leadership Academy, offering leadership development and training.
• Sector news, updates, and information all in one place.
• Resources on social care careers, qualifications, and recruitment via the We Care Academy.
• Signposting to relevant websites and tools for adult social care providers.

The site went live on 9 January and has been included as part of our submission for the Care Quality Commission audit.
