"Our new website is much more engaging for customers and has much better functionality, plus it's great that we can make changes to it ourselves"

The libraries team secured a grant from LibraryOn to provide customers with greater access to online content, events, and activities.  We had just over three months to work on the site and have involved content editors, content design and user research.  The team now has a site which has: 

• a better way of integrating the existing libraries catalogue
• an events page gathering everything that libraries are doing in one section. 
• an online news site, libraries can easily share the latest, most important updates in their area. 
• individual library pages, which can be updated by each library, so that activities individual to the libraries can be updated and promoted more easily.
